How to Resolve Lexis Nexis Registration/Access Issues
1. Browse to www.mylexisnexis.co.za using university search engine not google.
2 User will be presented with a registration screen and required to enter their official organization email address together with a password, ie. Register
3. User clicks Register – a verification email will be sent through to the users’ email
(please note that this will be the email address mentioned in point 2 above)
4. User clicks verify and will then be able to login (users are encouraged at this point to use the
“Remember Me” function to avoid entering these details upon each login)
5. User logs in with username and password (email address and password created in point. b).
The process from 1 to 5 takes a total of 3-4 minutes depending on internet connectivity.
