Reducing a PDF File Size: Home

1.  Open the PDF file/thesis/dissertation/documen
2.   Click on the Advance menu option and click on the PDF Optimizer option

3. A PDF Optimizer window will open and this is were the settings are to be made(please use the same settings as the screensjot below).

4. Click the ok button, you’ll be asked to enter the filename. Enter the Surname _t(thesis) or d (dissertation) e.g sithole_d. Click on the Save button.
