The GOLD FIELDS ENGINEERING LIBRARY is located on the ground floor of the Chamber of Mines Building on the West Campus.

The Reading Room (Engineering Library, Chamber of Mines Building):

The Engineering Library Reading Room in the Chamber of Mines Building is open 24 hours, 7 days. 

The Reading Room offers:

• access to all Wits staff and students
• seating space for studying
• network, power points and Wi-Fi 
•  wheelchair access

• and security cameras for a safe and secure environment.
