Please note that the William Cullen Library is now open from 4th January 2021. The opening hours are 9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Closed on Weekends and Public Holidays. In keeping with COVID-19 compliance regulations, there will be a limit of 50 percent of the venue capacity in the library at any given time. Please request for library materials from staff. Regrettably, NO BROWSING on shelves for now. Please email for any enquiries.
