Council for Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR)
The CSIR is one of the leading scientific and technology research, development and implementation organisations in Africa.
South African Medical Research Council (MRC)
The South African Medical Research Council's mission is to improve the nation's health and quality of life through promoting and conducting relevant and responsive health research.
Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC)
As the national social science council of South Africa, the HSRC wishes to serve as a knowledge hub to bridge the gap between research, policy and action; thus increasing the impact of research.
Academy of Science of South Africa (ASSAf)
The Academy of Science of South Africa (ASSAf) aspires to be the apex organisation for science and scholarship in South Africa, recognised and connected both nationally and internationally.
Southern African Research and Innovation Management Association (SARIMA)
SARIMA is a membership organisation of Research and Innovation Managers that operates at an institutional, national and international level, as well as across the value chain, from research through to successful innovation (commercialization). The purpose of the association is to promote research and innovation management for the benefit of southern Africa. SARIMA is engaged on an annual basis with a large number of research and innovation management professionalization activities, including capacity development courses and other interventions
