Talk by Achal Prabhala, a writer and researcher from Bangladore, India, and visiting lecturer at Wits in May/June 2014. This talk was an event in celebration of OA Week for 2014. It was entitled "Put Copyright Hassles Behind You - Move into the Open Knowledge Environment” .
Open Access Week is an international event to promote and celebrate the sharing of research, educational material and other information on an open access platform for global accessibility. Institutions in South Africa, including Wits, will be celebrating Open Access Week (21-27 October 2013\ by highlighting our Open Access library collections and promoting Open Access to academics, other staff and students.
