To find out if a journal has article processing charges or not, do an Advanced Search on DOAJ, then click on Journals and then on Article Processing Charges. It will give the number without article processing charges and the number with these charges. Click on the NO and you will get the list of journals. Some have not got up to date information on these charges though.
